Appointment Policy
We allow 30 minutes for each appointment. Although we try our best to see each patient on time, emergencies are inevitable. Your patience during these delays is appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally scheduling changes are necessary. However, since there are limited appointment times per day, we kindly request that you give 24 hours notice to cancel an outpatient appointment, and 48 hours notice for a surgical appointment so another patient can be seen.
